Journey Care Hospice in Illinois is seeking an On-Call Weekend RN to support patient care across our hospice team. You will assess needs, coordinate with interdisciplinary staff, and provide compassionate nursing at home and facility sites.
The position offers competitive pay, benefits starting the first of the month, and opportunities for growth. Weekend shifts are Saturdays and Sundays, 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM, serving Deerfield, Northbrook, Des Plaines and Glenview.
