• Current RN license (Illinois required)
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Excellent assessment and communication skills
• Compassionate, calm demeanor with the ability to respond quickly during emergencies
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative school team

• Provide health support and monitoring for students during lunchtime hours
• Address minor injuries, administer medication, and manage chronic conditions as needed
• Respond promptly to any health-related incidents or emergencies on site
• Maintain accurate and confidential health records in compliance with school policies
• Serve as a resource for students and staff on basic health matters
