Maker's Pride seeks a senior Quality Assurance and Food Safety Leader to drive all QA programs at the Des Plaines facility. The role requires leading the QA and Food Safety teams onsite, coaching staff, and using lean tools and RCA to continuously improve the quality system.
You will ensure compliance with FDA/USDA, GMP, and customer requirements, manage audits, and support product specifications and labeling. Strong leadership and regulatory knowledge are essential.
