• Minimum 3 years of management experience in a high-volume, upscale full-service restaurant; steakhouse experience strongly preferred
• Confident floor presence with a hands-on approach to leading servers, hosts, and bar staff
• Proven ability to manage seating, table turns, service pacing, and dining room flow while maintaining a polished guest experience
• Strong wine, spirits, and beer knowledge, including tableside wine service
• Ability to coordinate with culinary and bar teams to maintain accurate orders, timely execution, and consistent presentation
• Calm, decisive leadership during peak service, with the ability to anticipate bottlenecks and adjust quickly
• Strong guest recovery skills and a warm, professional approach to building repeat business
• Experience training, coaching, and holding teams accountable to elevated service standards
• Strong organizational skills and attention to health, sanitation, and safety compliance

• Experience in a busy steakhouse or upscale restaurant serving significant guest volume
• Familiarity with the Chicago or Rosemont dining market
• Comfort reviewing sales, labor, and service metrics to guide daily operations
• Experience balancing reservations, walk-ins, and large partiesA track record of developing strong teams and creating a culture of accountability and hospitality
