Responsibilities- Provides member service, maintains checkout area, resolves member issues and concerns, promotes Sam's Club products and services, provides guidance regarding self-service technology, processes member purchases, assists with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges, follows safety standards including safety sweeps.
- Follows proper procedures for handling merchandise, corrects and reports unsafe situations to facility management.
- Maintains entrance areas, acknowledges members, verifies cards, identifies needs, assists with purchasing decisions, locates merchandise, resolves issues, promotes products, zones area, arranges merchandise, assists in transporting items, maintains safe environment.
- Maintains exit areas, reviews receipts, acknowledges members, helps secure assets, communicates potential criminal activity, maintains paperwork, logs, performs emergency procedures, ensures compliance.
- Assists with training of associates, teaches technology, delivers program rollouts, provides learning opportunities.
- Ensures area of responsibility maintained, handles returns, zones area, arranges merchandise, identifies shrink/damages.
- Complies with policies, ethics, using Open Door policy, and applying in executing business processes.
- Completes assignments by using policies, data, resources; collaborating; identifying priorities; communicating progress.
- Shows respect for individual, embraces differences, builds relationships, empowers others, supports integrity.

The hourly wage range for this position is $18.00 to $26.00*. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional CompensationAdditional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
