We operate over 1,200 domestic locations and 50+ international stores, including specialty concept stores for the NBA, NHL, Paris Saint-Germain, and numerous MLB teams.

- Produce sales gains and meet or exceed company objectives in all individual statistics.
- Provide customer service and consistently document associate sales performance.
- Adhere to visual guidelines, merchandising, signage, and store cleanliness.
- Maintain a professional appearance consistent with dress code policy.
- Produce sales gains by providing customer service.

- Document and support associate sales performance.
- Maintain merchandising and store appearance.
- Protect company assets according to LIDS Retail policies.
- Prepare store schedules for proper coverage within wage control guidelines.
- Manage inventory accurately: receiving, transferring, price changes, product counts.
- Document and record store activity per LIDS policies and applicable laws.
- Open and close the store following procedures per the Operations P&P Manual.
- Support all LIDS policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Participate in LIDS Training Programs and adhere to sales and task goals.
- Recruit and train store personnel on operations and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, including inventory, funds, and property protection.
- Perform subordinate work as needed.
- Communicate with employees at all levels.
- Execute other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent plus one year of related experience.
- Ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with computer and related software.
- Capability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to climb ladders and work overhead.
- Standing required for up to 100% of the work time.
- Ability to work unsupervised.
Assistant Store Managers can earn up to 25% above local minimum wage based on experience. Compensation varies by skills, experience, and location. Assistant Store Managers full-time are eligible for monthly store sales bonuses and a 40% employee discount.
