Prepare (cut, grind, wrap, trim) and package meat items according to standards and safety guidelines;
Utilize handheld devices to support in-store operations and product quality decisions;
Maintain clean, organized, and properly labeled meat department area;
Promote department and club image by delivering high-quality service and product knowledge to members.
