The Bilingual Grocery Merchandiser will properly manage their assigned territory by completing store visits, surveys, and tasks. They will have the ability to take pictures and complete reporting requirements with the technology provided. Must have reliable transportation and a cell phone that is no older than 5 years. This position will require merchandising, and the ability to repeatedly bend and lift up to 50 pounds.

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. No visa sponsorship is available for this position. Employees must maintain valid work authorization throughout their employment with the company.

- Location:
Des Plaines, IL and Palatine, IL (within a 25 mile radius) - Full time, 40 hours a week, 5 days a week
- Hourly wage: $20 per hour
- Bilingual in Spanish and English required
- Eligible for communication stipend: $2.50 per day

- Sell, merchandize, and maintain distribution within a variety of accounts
- Ensure client products are well stocked and reorder if product is not in stock or low
- Use mobile apps for reporting, photo uploads, task completion, and communication
- Switch between tasks such as stocking, reporting, and communicating with store teams throughout the day
- Mount and maintain a safe working environment while working in the stores
- Conduct audits and merchandising in area grocery stores
- Drive to various retail locations
- Verify product placement accuracy on store shelves
- Report findings and data to management through the app
- Adhere to attendance and dress code guidelines
- Perform physical activities: frequent standing, walking, bending, squatting, lifting up to 50 lbs
- Serve as a brand ambassador by building and cultivating relationships with store and department managers
- Monitor sales volume and inventory levels; encourage stores to order more products and accept orders
- Support promotional activities by negotiating/building displays and ensuring product availability
- Rotate products and assist with new item cut‑ins
- Ensure final product layout follows approved schematic layout and planogram
- Take pictures of products, displays, and competitive sets
- Complete daily and weekly reports as instructed
- Execute special promotional campaigns and resets as directed
- Perform additional activities as requested by company management
- High School Diploma or GED
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license
- Proof of automobile insurance
- Reliable phone (no older than 5 years) and internet service for daily communication
- Required to drive to stores in assigned territory to complete retail tasks and audits at local grocery retailers
