Position SummaryDo you have a knack for helping people, following recipes and organization? Our Bakery/Packager associates prepare fresh baked items daily for our members by following recipes and wrapping, labeling, and storing merchandise to ensure our members have the freshest items available for home. They juggle multiple tasks while helping members with bakery orders. It is hard work, but rewarding.

- Be an Expert: Prepare bakery department merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment; follow recipes/make‑up instructions; wrap, label, and store merchandise according to company policies; ensure compliance with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold‑chain compliance, and inventory management; maintain and sanitize equipment; demonstrate understanding of product and layout execution.
- Be a Techie: Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; use handheld technology for production decisions; adapt to new tools and encourage use.
