Position: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Join our top-performing inside sales team at College HUNKS Hauling Junk & Moving®, where you’ll connect with inbound leads, explain what makes our service special, and turn conversations into scheduled jobs—all while having fun and learning valuable business skills. Shifts Available (Choose Your Fit!)

Day Shift: Mon–Sat, 9 AM – 3 PM

Evening Shift: Sun–Fri, 3 PM – 8 PM

Part-time with flexible scheduling – ideal for students, athletes, or second job seekers.

What You’ll Earn

$18–$25/hr including uncapped commission (Hourly + Commissions)

Paid WEEKLY

What You’ll Do

Respond to inbound leads—
no cold calling

Explain our white-glove service and value

Give accurate moving and junk removal quotes (verbal + written)

Handle objections like a pro and close the deal

Follow up until the job is booked

Be a trusted guide during a stressful process

What You Bring

+6 months of sales, customer service, or team leadership experience

Strong communication, follow-up, and persuasion skills

Enthusiasm and coachability (we’ll train you!)

A customer-first mindset and a passion for helping people
