This is a full-time on-site role as a Wireless Sales Representative located in Des Plaines, IL. The Sales Representative will be responsible for engaging directly with customers, conducting sales activities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves providing excellent customer service, staying up-to-date with industry trends, and collaborating with the sales team.
Pay scale and Benefits- Pay range of $600-$1000 weekly.
- W2 position, combination of hourly, commission, and bonuses:
Uncapped performance-based commission for meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Bonus:
Performance bonus based on company profitability and individual contributions. - Benefits: PTO. This position does not offer traditional benefits such as health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, or retirement plans.
