- Develop targeted outreach plans for showrooms, builders, designers, architects, wholesalers, contractors, distributors, engineers, and other priority market stakeholders.
- Monitor performance against sales, margin, market share, and other key objectives; identify gaps and drive corrective action with agents and internal partners.
- Lead independent sales representatives/agents, including both large, multi-person agencies and smaller agencies, to achieve regional sales goals, execute company priorities, and maintain effective market coverage.
- Establish a consistent regional operating cadence with agencies of varying size and maturity, including sales performance reviews, pipeline reviews, market coverage discussions, project follow-up, and next-step accountability.
- Coach agents on Geberit product applications, technical features, competitive positioning, account development, project defense, and channel engagement.
- Conduct joint calls, market visits, project reviews, and customer meetings with agents to support account development and project execution.

- Partner with showrooms, builders, designers, architects, wholesalers, and distributors to increase product awareness, customer engagement, product availability, and project follow-through.
- Lead customer meetings, product presentations, training discussions, and joint sales calls to strengthen preference for Geberit products and improve customer confidence.
- Educate customers, agents, and project stakeholders on Geberit’s specialized product applications, value proposition, installation considerations, and advantages versus conventional alternatives.
- Support upstream influencers, including designers and architects, when their work impacts showroom, builder, or downstream project decisions.
