Job Overview

Retail & Event Marketing Associate at Renewal by Andersen. The role is part‑time, flexible, and takes place at premier retail partner locations throughout the Chicago area. Renewal by Andersen is the #1 Window & Door Manufacturer in the country. Successful candidates are expected to generate at least $17 per hour plus up to $1,000 in weekly commission. Base pay is determined by experience, education, location, and other factors.

• Speak with prospective customers in the store and book no‑cost appointments with Renewal by Andersen window experts.
• Participate in paid training and follow a proven marketing methodology to achieve success.
• Follow up with customers and provide feedback and informational recaps to team members.
• Attend scheduled training sessions and support the team’s next steps for sales opportunities.

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Excellent communication and people skills; a true people person.
• Motivated to help grow Renewal by Andersen’s footprint.
• Dedicated, dependable, and a team player.
• Available on weekdays and weekends during day shifts.
• Able to lift 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
