Follow standardized recipes and cook meals using equipment (oven, kettle, tilt skillet, grill);
Adhere to precise internal food temperatures, holding, storage, and cooling procedures;
Label and date all food, remove out-of-dates, and store properly;
Practice proper hand hygiene and use gloves as required;
Prevent cross-contamination and sanitize cutting boards and equipment; clean and sanitize work areas and equipment;
Thaw meat using approved procedures and cool potentially hazardous foods safely
