We are seeking a Restoration Crew Chief for residential and commercial fire and water clean‑up and restoration projects. Responsibilities include specialty mitigation services, water extraction, carpet and upholstery cleaning, mold abatement, vandalism clean‑up, fire and smoke damage mitigation, and content move‑outs and pack‑ins. The Restoration Crew Chief will also oversee and support Restoration Technicians assigned to the project.

The pay range for this position is $18‑22 per hour with certifications (negotiable based on experience).

• Ensure timely and quality completion of assigned restoration projects
• Direct and supervise Restoration Technicians and Labors
• Evaluate and enhance the competence and quality of team members
• Ensure compliance with project documentation protocols
• Maintain excellent customer communication and relations
• Maintain a positive professional attitude with customers and fellow workers
• Ensure all paperwork standards are adhered to
• Responsible for collection of money after job completion as per the company protocols
• Perform regular maintenance of equipment (includes truck mount and portable equipment)
• Ensure proper customer satisfaction survey is done after job completion
• Utilize Crew Helper or other team members effectively
• Responsible for regular maintenance of the assigned vehicles and equipment

• Experience in restoration or carpet and upholstery cleaning
• Previous experience as a Crew Chief in a fire and flood restoration company preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Ability to travel out of town
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Successful completion of background check and drug screen
• Water Restoration Tech Certification (WRT) preferred
