We are hiring Diesel Technicians / Truck TechniciansWe are hiring Diesel Technicians / Truck Technicians to perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repair on new and late-model semi-trucks. This role is ideal for candidates with experience or interest in diesel engine repair, heavy‑duty truck maintenance, and fleet service.
We are actively hiring at all experience levels, including:
- Entry-level / recent tech school graduates
- Mid-level technicians with hands‑on experience
- Senior diesel mechanics
- Perform diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repair on diesel trucks (Mack, Volvo, and other makes)
- Complete preventative maintenance and inspections on heavy‑duty trucks
- Repair and service:
- Diesel engines (Cummins, Volvo, Mack, Detroit, etc.)
- Brake systems, suspension, electrical, and emissions systems
- Accurately document all repairs, parts, and labor
- Work closely with service advisors and service managers
- Deliver high‑quality, efficient repairs while maintaining productivity
- Provide excellent customer‑focused service
- High school diploma or GED
- Diesel technician school or technical training is preferred but not required
- Experience with semi‑truck repair, fleet maintenance, or heavy equipment repair
- CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) – preferred, not required
- Mechanical aptitude and strong work ethic
- Minimum 18 months diesel repair or mechanical experience (preferred, not required for entry‑level roles)
- Ability to work in a shop environment and collaborate with a team
- Must own a basic set of tools
- Paid training & OEM certifications
