Job Description
As an Aircraft Technician, you will perform line maintenance on A320, CRJs, 777, and 747 aircraft r role will involve both on-call and scheduled maintenance work, ensuring that all aircraft are safe and airworthy. You will return aircraft to service after conducting routine maintenance and airworthiness releases, maintaining compliance with FAR regulations and manufacturer manuals.
Responsibilities
- Perform line maintenance on various customers' aircraft, including routine maintenance and airworthiness releases.
- Service, inspect, and maintain aircraft, engines, and associated components to meet performance goals.
- Troubleshoot systems and repair sections and components according to approved technical data.
- Ensure all departing aircraft comply with safety standards and all work performed is documented properly.
- Collaborate with the air carrier's maintenance control center as required.
Qualifications
- A&P License
- Driver's License
- Ownership of tools (tool list available)
- 1 year of experience on one of the following aircraft: A320, 777, 747, A350
Work Environment
This role primarily involves working outside, with a vehicle provided to travel to each aircraft for maintenance.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rosemont, IL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $40.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
