What You Get- Earn $30–$45 per hour based on experience
- Control your schedule, work 5 hours or 40, choose the jobs and locations you want
- Support from a professional office team that oversees your work, optimizes your schedule and provides dispatching services
- Multi-trade experience – Proficiency in carpentry, drywall, painting, minor plumbing, electrical work, or general home repairs.
- Dependability & Communication – We take pride in our work and expect our craftsmen to do the same.
- Your Own Work Vehicle – A reliable truck or van that fits your trade(s).
- Your Own Tools – As a professional, you’ll need your own set of tools to get the job done right.
- Smartphone – Must have a smartphone with reliable internet access and be comfortable using our in-field mobile app daily.
- Valid Driver’s License
– We take pride in offering our customers trustworthiness and confidence in our brand. - Availability – Typical work hours are 8 AM – 5 PM, but we offer flexible scheduling based on your needs and those of our customers.
- Complete maintenance or remodeling project by providing construction skills for residents and businesses in North/Northwest Chicagoland.
- Evaluate requests, price out all jobs, troubleshoot and effectively communicate with clients
- Finalize appropriate job materials and quantities for all projects
- Within 24 hours: A live team member contacts every applicant
- Within 3-5 days: In person interview in our office
- Within 5-7 days: Offer letter with start date and onboarding overview
