Cool Sys is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to install, troubleshoot, and repair commercial and industrial HVAC systems for retail, commercial, and critical facilities. In this field-based role, you'll perform diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and emergency service while following strict safety and quality standards. You'll work independently at customer sites, collaborate with a skilled team, complete accurate service documentation, and support energy-efficient, reliable HVAC-R solutions that keep our customers running 24/7.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial and industrial HVAC systems in the field
  • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to maximize system reliability and efficiency
  • Respond to emergency service calls and troubleshoot complex HVAC issues
  • Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and wiring diagrams
  • Ensure all work complies with safety standards, codes, and company procedures
  • Accurately document service findings, parts used, and work performed
  • Communicate clearly with customers regarding issues, recommendations, and solutions
  • Collaborate with dispatch, supervisors, and teammates to prioritize and complete work
  • Support energy-efficient and reliable HVAC-R solutions across customer sites
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in safe, working condition
