As a Mobile HVAC Technician, you'll be responsible for maintaining and repairing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building systems that keep these high-profile retail environments operating at their best. ** What You'll Do*
* + Serve as the primary facilities technician for multiple telecommunications retail locations, taking ownership of building operations and overall site performance.

+ Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on commercial HVAC equipment.

+ Diagnose and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and related mechanical systems.

+ Perform basic to intermediate repairs and maintenance on electrical, plumbing, lighting, and general building systems.

+ Respond to service requests and resolve equipment failures quickly to minimize operational disruptions.

+ Complete HVAC system installations, upgrades, replacements, and equipment retrofits as required.

+ Monitor building equipment performance and identify opportunities to improve reliability, efficiency, and asset longevity.

+ Maintain accurate service records, work orders, equipment readings, and maintenance documentation using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).

+ Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and facility managers to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.

+ Ensure compliance with all CBRE, client, OSHA, and industry safety standards.

+ Deliver an exceptional customer experience by building strong relationships with site leadership and stakeholders.

** What You'll Need*
* + High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.

+ Proven experience maintaining and repairing commercial HVAC systems in retail, commercial, industrial, or facilities environments.

+ Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.

+ Experience working independently in a mobile service environment.

+ Knowledge of building automation systems (BAS) and controls is a plus.

+ Strong communication and customer service skills.

+ Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

+ Ability to travel daily between assigned client sites.

+ Flexibility to respond to after-hours service needs when required.

** Required Certifications*
