Job Description

• Processes patients from assessment to discharge in both medications assisted treatment and drug free treatment programming.
• Dispenses all medication under procedures set forth by Family Guidance Center,Substance Use Prevention and Recovery,Clinical Sustainability Assessment Tooland the Drug Enforcement Administration
• Monitors the appropriateness of methadone and medication dosages.
• Monitors the physical & mental health well-being of patients and documents findings.
• Must be available to travel if needed

• At least two years' experience in hospital or agency setting preferred

• L.P.N. registered in the State of Illinois and certified in CPR required
