- Processes patients from assessment to discharge in both medications assisted treatment and drug free treatment programming.
- Dispenses all medication under procedures set forth by Family Guidance Center,Substance Use Prevention and Recovery,Clinical Sustainability Assessment Tooland the Drug Enforcement Administration
- Monitors the appropriateness of methadone and medication dosages.
- Monitors the physical & mental health well-being of patient sand documents findings.
- Must be available to travel if needed
Work Schedule: 3-4 days per week (6:00am - 2:30pm)
Start Date: ASAP

Pay Rate: $30.00

Experience and Skills:Education and/or Experience:At least two years'experience in hospital or agency settingpreferred
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:L.P.N.registered in the State of Illinois and certified in CPRrequired
