• Lead development team to ensure adherence to Sitecore best practices.
• Assist in estimating new projects and defining scopes.
• Collaborate with the business team to understand functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Mentor developers on current and emerging technologies.
• Maintain continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines for development, QA, and live websites.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of Sitecore experience, with Sitecore 10 preferred.
• Experience with headless Sitecore architecture.
• Knowledge of CDP, Personalize, and Order Cloud.
• Proficiency with Sitecore Templates, APIs, SXA, JSS, Helix guidelines, renderings, and Sitecore marketing capabilities.
• Strong experience with search and indexing technologies, preferably Sitecore Search, Coveo for Sitecore, and Solr.
• Dev Ops experience creating CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure Dev Ops and Docker.
