Responsibilities- Lead development team to ensure adherence to Sitecore best practices.
- Assist in estimating new projects and defining scopes.
- Collaborate with the business team to understand functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Mentor developers on current and emerging technologies.
- Maintain continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines for development, QA, and live websites.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of Sitecore experience, with Sitecore 10 preferred.
- Experience with headless Sitecore architecture.
- Knowledge of CDP, Personalize, and Order Cloud.
- Proficiency with Sitecore Templates, APIs, SXA, JSS, Helix guidelines, renderings, and Sitecore marketing capabilities.
- Strong experience with search and indexing technologies, preferably Sitecore Search, Coveo for Sitecore, and Solr.
- Dev Ops experience creating CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure Dev Ops and Docker.
