Airline Dispatcher

Compensation $28.00/hour

• Information source for the Customer Service Center / Operations.
• Operate the dispatch center, providing critical information regarding aircraft equipment changes, shortages, substitutions, etc.
• Pull all necessary reports & apply the correct actions to coordinate all the necessary responses.
• Determine the order in which all flights will be catered.
• Monitor all equipment changes, late flights, gate changes, etc.
• Track and document all flights and aircraft nose numbers.
• Ensure that Drivers are calling off the dock; F/C, Y/C, Seal Checks and Block Outs.
• Responsible for efficient and accurate reporting of data communicated.
• Assist with all other duties as needed.
• Ability to interpret Flight Specifications.
• Ability to comprehend Menu and Flight Galley specifications.
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers internally and externally.
• Ability to effectively direct support and drivers in order to achieve expected results for the company.
• Pull required lists to check equipment changes and substitutions & take the necessary steps to make sure that the changes happen.
• Receive calls from Zoners, Flight Attendants and Pilots regarding the status of the galleys.
• Report arrival, departure and gate information.
• Ensure proper seal checking procedures.
• Report all cancellations.
• Detail oriented.
