Shipping and Receiving Clerk – 1st Shift

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Overtime may be required based on production needs)

Pay:
Starting at $22/hour

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Clerk to manage incoming and outgoing shipments. This role involves both indoor and outdoor work, including coordinating with drivers and supporting warehouse operations.

• Manage the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies
• Track, trace, and update the status of incoming and outgoing shipments
• Collaborate with logistics technicians, customer service representatives, and service providers
• Maintain a clean, organized, and work-ready environment
• Unload trucks, sort, and stock incoming materials promptly
• Maintain accurate daily logs, including inventory scanning and inventory counts
• Communicate professionally with vendors and drivers
• Provide backup support to shipping and receiving operations as needed
• Guide truck drivers on-site; role involves approximately 75% outdoor and 25% indoor work
• Utilize warehouse and logistics systems such as WMS, TMS, SAP, or Oracle
• Lift and move materials weighing 50 lbs or more

• Experience scanning and sorting incoming and outgoing stock
• Proficiency in receiving, stocking, stacking, picking, packing, and loading materials
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time management and sense of urgency
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• 2–3 years of shipping and receiving experience
• Ability to read and write in English
• Dependable, responsible, and willing to assist as needed
