Position Summary
The Delivery Supervisor is responsible for the quality and efficiency of the delivery departments and their operations. In this high impact role, you will serve as a liaison between long term care facilities and delivery staff. You will train all transport personnel.
Responsibilities- Coordinate work schedules and delivery routes.
- Monitor workflow to analyze patterns and trends.
- Review and set standards for staff.
- Provide timely and accurate delivery of medication, equipment, products and/or supplies into long term care facilities or patients’ homes.
- Conduct routing staff meetings.
- Attend management meetings as required.
- Driver’s license in good standing and a clean driving record.
- Possess strong leadership and management skills.
- Ability to solve problems.
- Excellent communication skills and work well with other employees.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Must maintain a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to use routing software (if applicable).
- Ability to drive a standard transmission if necessary.
- Sit, stand, stoop, bend and walk intermittently during the day.
- Sit or stand seven (7) to ten (10) hours per day.
- Lift up to twenty-five (25) pounds.
- Finger dexterity to operate office equipment required.
- Visual acuity to see and read fine prints (close vision, color vision and ability to adjust focus).
- Must be able to hear normal voice sounds.
May be necessary to work extended hours as needed.

Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is: $43,888.00 - $93,574.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
