Warehouse Associate

Job Description

Warehouse Associates are responsible for daily operations in the Target distribution center. Duties include maintaining the warehouse, assisting with loading and unloading trucks, making customer deliveries, and other warehouse tasks.

• Perform warehouse operations including local deliveries, inventory management, order entry, and vendor shipping/receiving.
• Count, compare, check, and inspect quantities of materials and products for distribution to customers.
• Complete one or more warehouse functions within facility guidelines (pick, pack, wrap, load, and possibly assist with delivering orders).
• Take inventory; document and invoice orders and product movement.
• Submit weekly, monthly and yearly reports as required.
• Receive and process shipments.
• Operate warehouse equipment (forklift and overhead crane).
• Lift at least 50 pounds while loading and unloading products.
• Adhere to safety protocols.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license from state of residence.
• At least two years of warehouse or customer service experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings and weekends when needed.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.

Base Pay Range:
Hourly $18.00 – $25.00. Pay may vary based on location, skills, education, and experience. Overtime, incentives, commissions, and performance may also affect earnings.
