Shipping and Receiving Coordinator

• Receive and ship dental products, devices, component parts, and miscellaneous items into and from the repair facility
• Pull and ensure all box orders (supply orders) are processed and shipped daily
• Unload and inspect received shipments for accuracy and potential damage
• Communicate problems and discrepancies with supervisors and technicians
• Enter asset inventory information into SAP systems, including cycle counts, pricing verification, address accuracy, item numbers, purchase order numbers, ship-date requests, freight terms, and contracts
• Route products, component parts, and miscellaneous items to their final destinations
• Lead and oversee full-cycle shipping tasks, including processing orders, loaners/demos, and RMAs
• Obtain and retain backup documentation and approvals
• Respond to order status and delivery/tracking inquiries
• Prepare freight bills, packing lists, commercial invoices, and other domestic and international shipping documentation
• Pack and secure outgoing items for courier shipment
• Conform to company ISO goals, objectives, and requirements
• Identify, participate in, and implement continuous improvement activities for receiving-area quality, cost, and delivery initiatives
• Perform other related duties assigned by supervisors, managers, and team leaders

• 1 year of work experience, preferably in a Warehouse or Shipping and Receiving environment
• Troubleshooting skills
• Good hand/eye coordination (manual dexterity)
• Ability to multi-task, adapt to changing responsibilities, and prioritize duties
• Ability to work under limited supervision, independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Ability to navigate defined computer screens and Operational Data Management System
• Above-average organizing, analyzing, and basic math skills, including arithmetic functions, decimals, ratios, rates, and percentages
• Attention to detail and data accuracy for Receiving Reports, Bills of Lading, and similar documents
• OSHA Certified Forklift Operator preferred
• No college degree or high school diploma required

Demonstrates expertise in shipping and receiving processes, including inventory management and documentation accuracy. Proficient in using SAP systems for data entry and tracking, with a strong focus on quality and continuous improvement in logistics operations.
