Location: Dallas, TX
Pay Rate: $28.00 per hour
Schedule: Friday - Sunday | 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM

When something breaks, you don't panic, you grab your tools and get to work. We need a Maintenance Technician who can keep machines moving and production rolling.
Your Skills
- Minimum 2 years of maintenance, automation, or controls experience (or equivalent education/training)
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access)
- Knowledge of safety circuits, relays, interlocks, and E-stop systems
- Ability to work at heights up to 60 feet using ladders/lifts
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, manuals, and technical documents
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Perform preventive maintenance on production, conveyor, and material handling equipment
- Complete corrective maintenance and troubleshoot work orders to reduce downtime
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and restore automated conveyor and sortation systems
- Diagnose and resolve system faults using Motor Control Panels (MCPs)
- Support daily operations using Pyramid software
- Respond to equipment downtime and assist with safe system restarts
- Submit parts requests to support repairs and maintenance activities
- Document all maintenance work accurately in CMMS systems
- Track parts usage, inventory levels, and spare components
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to housekeeping standards
- Communicate effectively with maintenance, operations, and leadership teams
- Follow all safety procedures including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and site policies
- Demonstrate punctuality, reliability, and accountability
