• Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
• Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas.
• Sweeps and/or vacuums floor.
• Dusts furniture and equipment.
• Polishes metalwork.
• Washes walls, ceiling, and woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills.
• Empties wastebasket and transports trash and waste to the disposal area.
• Replenishes bathroom supplies.
• Transports small equipment or tools between departments.

• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID‑19 as a condition of employment.
• Experience in the janitorial industry (plus).
• Experience in medical cleaning (plus).
• Post‑offer medical, background screening and drug test required.
• High school diploma or GED; or equivalent required.

Employees are regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. Employees need to climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear. Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time. Requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 50 lbs. Close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception are essential.
