ONYX Multifamily Group is seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance operations at Eagle Creek Landing in DeSoto, TX. You will oversee day-to-day activities, mentor the onsite team and ensure timely completion of work orders to keep residents satisfied.
You should have 3+ years in multifamily maintenance, strong HVAC/plumbing/electrical skills, EPA certification, and the ability to manage vendors and after-hours on-call rotations.
