Resort Property Maintenance at SILVER SHELLS Property OWNERS Association

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Job description:

Silver Shells is a luxury resort with demanding standards. Having an excellent work ethic and caring about how you perform your job is the foundation of our maintenance department. You'll need a desire to work as a team with your co-workers and have pride in your results. The successful applicant will have a helpful disposition and the ability to receive direction.

This is predominantly an outdoor position. Applicant must be able to be on your feet most of the day. Ability to maintain pools and irrigation systems is a plus. If you don't have a strong maintenance background, you must demonstrate a strong desire to learn. Must be able to work in the heat of the summer. Working weekends and holidays is required.

All staff must be courteous to owners and guests.

Prefer applicants from Destin, Ft Walton Beach, Niceville, Miramar Beach, and Santa Rosa Beach.
