Full-Time Middle School Custodian

Provides custodial support for the School District in order to provide a clean, safe and healthy environment for students, staff and visitors.

• Clean, wash, dust, polish, scrub, strip, seal, wax, buff, vacuum, sweep, and mop the building facility, furniture, and equipment.
• Stock & maintain custodial areas.
• Conduct cleanup of bodily fluids.
• Lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, perform repetitive motions.
• Perform other duties as assigned or requested.

High School diploma or equivalent.

Previous custodial building maintenance and outside grounds experience is desired.

• Special class or greater Minnesota boilers license required prior to probationary period ending.
• Minnesota class D or greater driver’s license may be required.
• General knowledge in building electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems is desired.

$20.90 per hour (differential pay of $1.00 included) (25-26 pay schedule pending negotiations)
