Position:
Part-time custodian (Job ).
Location:
Roosevelt Elementary School. Available:
Upon hire.
- Clean, wash, dust, polish, scrub, strip, seal, wax, buff, vacuum, sweep, and mop building facilities, furniture and equipment.
- Stock and maintain custodial areas.
- Conduct cleanup of bodily fluids.
- Lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, perform repetitive motions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous custodial building maintenance and outside grounds experience desired.
- Special class or greater Minnesota boiler license required prior to end of probationary period.
- Minnesota class D or greater driver’s license may be required.
- General knowledge in building electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation, and HVAC systems desired.
$19.51 per hour (includes $1.00 differential).
