**** Job Overview
** The Window Washer will be responsible for washing the interior and exterior windows for all buildings except those requiring chair work, which is contracted to outside vendor.
** Roles & Responsibilities
** To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  Other duties may be assigned.
* Clean interior and exterior windows, glass surfaces, and fixtures.
* Use cleaning solutions, squeegees, and other tools to remove dirt, streaks, and grime.
* Ensure safety protocols and OSHA regulations are followed at all times.
* Inspect windows and report any damages or maintenance needs.
* Communicate professionally with clients and team members.
* Maintain and store equipment properly after use.
* Present a professional appearance and conduct.
* Follow all protocols, company procedures, policies, and rules.
* Take direction and respond to supervision.
* Talk with lead, supervisor, co-workers, managers, and customers in a professional manner.
* Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
* Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures.
* Other duties as assigned.

Experience:

** High School Diploma / GED with 6 months – 1 year of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
** Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
** May be required to have a valid driver’s license.
