As a
Maintenance Technician
, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the upkeep and functionality of our facilities. You will be responsible for performing various maintenance tasks to maintain the premises, equipment, and systems in optimal condition.

• Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as HVAC system checks, plumbing repairs, and electrical troubleshooting.
• Utilize technical skills in areas such as reading schematics, working with logic controllers, and utilizing CMMS.
• Perform facilities maintenance including repairs, painting, welding, and other tasks as needed.
• Supervise external contractors when necessary to ensure work is completed to standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with residents, visitors, and colleagues.

• Proficiency in English to effectively communicate with team members and understand manuals.
• Experience in electrical systems, residential painting, welding, or related fields is preferred.
• Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
