In this role, you'll monitor and maintain Motor City's chiller system, domestic water systems, boiler systems, and refrigeration system. You'll also perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum eight years of building maintenance and repairs; including electrical, plumbing, kitchen repairs, and HVAC.
• City of Detroit First Class Refrigeration License, High Pressure Boiler License, and Universal EPA Refrigerant Recovery Certificate.
