- 1550 Harper Avenue - Responsibilities:
Lead Plant Technicians and other staff (including contractors/temporary workers) to ensure safe, efficient maintenance.;
Perform preventive maintenance, diagnose, repair and rebuild major equipment (balers, conveyors, motors, pumps, etc.) in accordance with safety rules and OSHA requirements.;
Maintain Daily Equipment Inspections backlog and adjust procedures to meet production schedules.;
Manage inventory control and purchasing of replacement parts, tools, and supplies.;
Respond to emergency breakdowns and perform or assign repairs with limited supervision.
