Maintenance Technician / Mechanic
Inside the Role
Certified Journeyman Tool Maker Bench - Builds and repairs tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, and gauges.
Responsibilities- Maintenance and repair of hoppers, escapements, bowls, tracking or tubes, lower indexes, arbors, hone pots, tool clamp and clamp wedge systems, collets, moving pallets fixture, GATCO bearings, poppets, and center line position.
- Maintenance and repair of all parts loader/unloaders.
- Tool clamp faults and collet assembly (HDE). Responsible for HDE Con Rod operation 20 and 50 change over.
- Maintenance and realignment of all gantries, load and unload part location for true position.
- Maintenance and repair of all linear bearings on all fixtures, probe plates, part alignment, part gripper, transfer fingers and bolts; and maintenance and repair of all generating heads.
- Installation, repair and removal of all bushing plates, fixture plates, and probe plates (pipefitter responsible for nozzle maintenance and sizing).
- Locating pins, rest pads, guide rails, rollers including Osborn, McGill and cam rollers, and brass pads for control arms.
- Installation of spacers and shims with alignment of centerline fixtures. Common lifting, transportation of trade‑specific material.
- GED or high school diploma.
- Certified Journeyperson card holder or ability to document 8 years of experience.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with production teams, engineering, service technicians, and management staff.
- Legally authorized to work permanently in the U.S. at the time of application.
- Final candidate must successfully complete a pre‑employment drug screen and criminal background check.
- Position is not open for visa sponsorship or existing visa holders.

- Salary: $38.04 per hour.
- Shift premium for 2nd and 3rd shifts.
