Day Porter - Detroit, MI.

This is a part‑time daytime position. We have an opening 2 days a week, on Tuesday and Thursdays for 3 hours a day. Shift will be from 10am to 1pm.

Hourly pay rate: $16.00 per hour (biweekly pay).

Candidates must be 18 years or older with the ability to understand and adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations.

• Able to use cleaning equipment if required (i.e. canister or backpack vacuum, walk behind floor scrubber, and mopping systems)
• Using various cleaning chemicals
• Able to bend, stand, lift, etc.
• Ability to use cellphone application to clock in and clock out for scheduled work hours
• Ability to use cellphone application to complete inspection reports and post pictures
• Clean and detail to customer satisfaction, following closely to scope of work expected.
• Clean service areas according to Servico Standards (reviewed during training)
• Show up to location on time, every time as scheduled
• Demonstrate ability to work in a team‑like setting or individually
• Able to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs

• Basic commercial cleaning
• Mopping and vacuuming (possible floor scrubber)
• Detailing
• Dusting and wet wiping
• Trash removal
• Bathroom cleaning
• Supply stocking

• High School and/or GED is encouraged
• Previous commercial cleaning preferred; i.e., Office, Medical, Retail
• Must have reliable transportation to the job site
