Maintenance and Automation Supervisor

As a Maintenance Supervisor at Stellantis, you will lead a team responsible for maintaining and improving automotive manufacturing facilities, equipment, and assets. You will plan and prioritize preventive and corrective maintenance for vehicle and parts production systems, ensuring maximum uptime and safety. Partnering with production and engineering, you'll troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues, coordinate vendors, manage spare parts, and oversee maintenance budgets.

You will promote continuous improvement, coach technicians, enforce safety and environmental standards, and support Stellantis' goals in sustainability and operational excellence.
