Maintenance Supervisor

Stellantis is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a skilled team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for production equipment, coordinate daily work orders, and ensure maximum uptime and reliability. Responsibilities include scheduling technicians, managing contractors, tracking maintenance KPIs, and enforcing strict safety and quality standards. You'll collaborate with production, engineering, and EHS to drive root cause analysis, optimize maintenance plans, support new technology and EV-related equipment, and contribute to continuous improvement across the plant.
