Engineer IV - PT

Job Title

Monitor and maintain Motor City's chiller system, domestic water system, boiler system, and refrigeration system. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least eight years of experience in building maintenance and repair, including electrical, plumbing, kitchen repairs, and HVAC.
• City of Detroit First Class Refrigeration License and High-Pressure Boiler License.
• Universal EPA Refrigerant Recovery Certificate.
