Internal Maintenance Shift Manager - FT

Maintenance Manager

Schedule, supervisor, and support internal maintenance team members during assigned shifts. Train and coach team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols. Monitor staffing levels and allocate resources to ensure effective coverage across property. Conduct routine inspections of assigned areas to ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and appearance standards are met. Ensure proper floor care, carpet maintenance, restroom sanitation, waste removal, and general upkeep of all public and employee areas.

Monitor the use and safe handling of cleaning supplies, chemicals, equipment, and machinery in accordance with company policies and OSHA requirements. Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and applicable regulatory requirements. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of five years of maintenance management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of commercial cleaning methods, equipment, and sanitation practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
