We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Porter to join our energetic production team in Detroit. In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our facility—ensuring our warehouse, offices, and common areas are clean, safe, and ready for success every single day.

What You’ll Do (Your Day-to-Day):

As our Porter, you’ll keep our facilities running smoothly by:

• Sparkling Spaces: Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming our warehouse production lines, office areas, corridors, waiting rooms, and cafeteria.
• Fresh & Sanitized: Cleaning, servicing, and stocking restrooms so they are always spotless.
• Clear Views: Cleaning windows, glass partitions, and mirrors.
• Waste Management: Emptying garbage, corrugated materials, and plastic into their proper compactors; operating balers, opening/closing compactor doors, and resolving trash line jams.
• Safety First: Quickly reporting and cleaning up spills to keep your teammates safe.
• Team Support: Multitasking and taking on other fun, hands‑on tasks as needed!

What We Are Looking For:

• Age: Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED is preferred (but not required!).
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for long periods, and comfortably lift a minimum of 20 pounds.
• The Right Attitude:
  • Reliable: You show up on time, take ownership of your work, and follow through on tasks.
  • Quality‑Focused: You care about the details and notice opportunities to make things cleaner and safer.
  • Adaptable & Friendly: You handle shifting priorities with ease and love building positive relationships with your coworkers.
