* The Duty-Free Store, located on the Ambassador Bridge Plaza, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee building and equipment maintenance operations. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring the facility remains clean, safe, efficient, and well-organized while managing maintenance staff, inventory, supplies, and preventive maintenance programs. The ideal candidate will lead by example, be dependable, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to adapt effectively to changing priorities.
** Pay: $60-65,000/yr.

* Key Responsibilities:

*** Lead and coach maintenance team members, including corrective action when necessary.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and facility appearance.
* Manage maintenance schedules, inventory, and supplies.
* Prioritize and respond to maintenance needs efficiently.
* Ensure proper coverage and support daily operations.
* Assist store associates and customers as needed.
