LM Mfg in Detroit seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to plan, direct, and coordinate maintenance across all shifts. You will supervise skilled and unskilled staff, schedule work, and ensure timely installation, repair and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
Lead by example and promote the 5 C’s:
Care, Commit, Connect, Communicate, Celebrate. You will oversee preventive/predictive maintenance, spare parts inventory, PLC upgrades, safety, and training.
