Waste Management (WM) seeks a Recycling Plant Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations at our recycling facility. In this role, you will oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for recycling and material handling equipment, manage technicians and contractors, and ensure safe, efficient plant performance. You will drive reliability improvements, track work through a CMMS, manage budgets and parts inventory, and support capital projects.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily maintenance operations for recycling plant equipment and facilities to ensure safe, reliable performance
- Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend asset life
- Lead, schedule, and mentor maintenance technicians, fostering a strong safety and continuous improvement culture
- Coordinate and supervise contractors and vendors for specialized repairs, parts, and service agreements
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on recycling and material handling equipment
- Manage maintenance budget, inventory, work orders, and CMMS records for compliance and efficiency
- Ensure all maintenance activities meet WM safety policies and regulatory and environmental standards
- Collaborate with operations leadership to prioritize maintenance work and support production goals
- Implement improvements to equipment reliability, energy efficiency, and plant sustainability
- Support capital projects, equipment upgrades, and commissioning of new recycling technologies
