AMCS Fleet Maintenance Systems Specialist

Doetsch Environmental Services is seeking an AMCS Fleet Maintenance Systems Specialist to own, administer, optimize, and continuously improve our AMCS Fleet Maintenance platform, formerly known as Dossier 7.

• Own the administration, configuration, optimization, and support of AMCS Fleet Maintenance / Dossier 7
• Improve preventive maintenance, work-order management, maintenance planning, and asset lifecycle management
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, reports, and analytics for maintenance cost, downtime, PM compliance, productivity, and fleet availability
• Maintain accurate VMRS, asset, component, labor, parts, vendor, and work-order data
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction, warranty recovery, automation, and process improvement
• Train and support technicians, supervisors, planners, and system users
• Partner with Fleet, Maintenance, Operations, IT, Finance, and leadership
• Manage system enhancements, integrations, testing, documentation, and continuous improvement

• Hands-on experience with AMCS Fleet Maintenance and/or Dossier 7
• Strong knowledge of fleet maintenance, preventive maintenance programs, VMRS, work-order management, and maintenance systems
• Experience with system administration, configuration, reporting, data analysis, and user support
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills;
  Power BI, telematics, APIs, and system integrations are a plus
• Ability to translate operational requirements into effective systems, workflows, and processes
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience in waste management, environmental services, transportation, or heavy-duty fleet operations preferred

You will serve as the internal AMCS Fleet Maintenance and Dossier 7 subject-matter expert, helping Doetsch improve fleet reliability, maintenance efficiency, data quality, cost control, technician productivity, and asset availability.
