Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to maintain clean, safe, and welcoming environments for our clients. The ideal candidate will perform a variety of cleaning tasks, follow safety procedures, and deliver high-quality service while working independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, and sanitizing surfaces
• Clean and maintain offices, homes, commercial spaces, or assigned facilities
• Empty trash and recycling containers and dispose of waste properly
• Clean restrooms, kitchens, common areas, and high-touch surfaces
• Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely according to instructions
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or supply needs
• Restock cleaning supplies and maintain organized storage areas
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently while meeting quality standards
• Provide professional and courteous service to customers and team members

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred (training may be provided)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Good time management and ability to work independently
• Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks
• Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and safety procedures
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable
• Good communication and customer service skills

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
• Ability to reach, bend, kneel, and move around work areas
